Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
1. Products Eligible for Returns/Refunds
We will only consider a return or refund for the following product types and circumstances:

| Merchandise (T-Shirts, Hoodies, etc.) | Manufacturing Defects Only — Issues such as misprints, fabric defects, stitching errors. Sizing issues caused by incorrect size selection by the customer do not qualify. |
2. Products Not Eligible for Returns/Refunds
- Gift Cards — All gift card sales are final.
- Minor imperfections — Small cosmetic issues, minor packaging dents, or slight color differences (within reasonable limits) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video
To qualify for a return or refund, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video taken at the time you first open the package. This video must show:
- The outer package (before it’s opened)
- The complete unboxing process
- A clear view of the product and the reported defect/damage
Requests submitted without this video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
How to Submit a Request
All requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving the order. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers must pay all return shipping fees unless Manga.lk explicitly agrees otherwise.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Amount and Conditions
- Refund amounts will be determined solely at Manga.lk’s discretion after reviewing the evidence provided.
- If a discount code was used on the order, the refund will be based on the discounted price paid, not the original product price.
- Merchandise refunds will only be approved if a clear manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- Refunds for minor imperfections or customer errors (wrong size, change of mind) will not be granted.
